Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the return authorization process.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your specific billiards equipment.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and accessories are included, and apply the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our specialists inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
